It’s only been a short time since episode 130 was released, but here’s 131! The delay was a culmination of a lot of things, ranging from my new job and school to ALMOST losing the episode! Anyway, this was a fun episode to record, just me and Patrick this week, though.
Not much to share in the show notes this week, so I’ll go into a bit more detail than I have been about what we’ve been playing. I’ve been very limited with time and only had a chance to play Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn, got my main class to 26 and my secondary class to 17!
Patrick played some Gears of War: Judgement (of course), Call of Duty: Black Ops II, Halo 4, Madden 25, the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game, and Warframe, which will be a day 1 Playstation 4 Plus game!
After the break, Patrick wanted to share his new found love for the TV show Cut-throat Kitchen, a must watch cooking show!
In news, it was a lot of Xbox One info, such as their first TV spot (see above), the officail release date, the new rewards program for Gold members, and how many controllers it’ll support! There was also talk about the new PoKeMoN cloud service, the rough start that Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn had, new additions to the upcoming UFC game, and Madden 25’s poor sale numbers.
